Depois de Lea Michele, Cory Monteith e Naya Rivera serem Mentores no The Glee Project, é a vez de Kevin Mchale ser o mentor do episódio 2×05 - “Adaptability”, que será exibido dia 3 de Julho de 2012, no canal Oxigen.

Esta será a segunda vez de Kevin no The Glee Project, já que na temporada passada, ele foi o mentor do tema ‘Generosity’, em que Lindsay Pierce ganhou o trabalho da casa e uma sessão privada com Kevin.
